Contact: [email protected]This policy explains how Quran Widget (the “App”), including its iPhone widgets, handles information. The App offers locally bundled Quran content, favorites, appearance and language choices, an optional daily reminder, and an optional one-time Lifetime Pro purchase.
The App uses this information to remember your choices, show favorites and widgets, schedule your reminder, restore the correct Pro appearance, and help you inspect technical problems. The App does not require an account and does not use advertising or behavior-tracking SDKs. It does not send your reading history, favorites, theme choices, or widget interactions to the developer.
If you enable the daily reminder, the App asks iOS for notification permission and schedules one repeating local notification at your chosen time. Its message does not include verse text. You can turn it off in the App or change notification permission in iOS Settings.
Lifetime Pro purchases and restores use Apple’s StoreKit. Apple handles payment and purchase processing under its own policies. The App reads verified purchase status and keeps the minimum access state needed to unlock Pro features on this device and in the widget; it does not receive or store your payment-card details. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
The App can show a preview of its local diagnostic records and lets you confirm an export to a file. No diagnostic file is sent to the developer automatically. If you later choose to share that file, its contents are handled according to the destination you select.
If you email [email protected] for support or to report a content issue, you choose what to include. We use your message and reply address to respond and handle your request. Your email service and our email service may also process that correspondence under their own policies. Please avoid including information you do not want to share. The App does not attach favorites or diagnostics to an email automatically.
The App contains optional links to content providers’ source, license, and update pages, and to Apple’s terms. Opening a link leaves the App; the destination may receive technical information associated with your visit and applies its own privacy policy. The App does not send your locally saved favorites or diagnostics with those links.
Favorites and preferences remain on your device until you change or remove them, clear favorites in the App, or remove the App. You can turn off the reminder in the App. Local diagnostic files hold at most 100 records for the App and 100 for the widget; records older than seven days are removed the next time the corresponding file is read or written. A file may remain on the device longer if the App or widget is not used again.
The App has no developer-run cloud sync. Depending on your device settings, Apple’s device backup may include local App data; manage or delete backups using Apple’s settings. Removing the App does not necessarily delete an existing device backup or any file you exported elsewhere. Apple controls purchase records and their retention. To ask us to delete support correspondence you sent, contact [email protected]; we may need to retain information when required by law or to resolve your request.
We may update this policy if the App’s practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions or deletion requests concerning information you sent directly to us can be sent to [email protected].
