Tip Tracker is a local-first app. All shift data — including tips, hours, job types, locations, mileage, and notes — is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on any server.
The app does not require account creation and does not access your contacts, photos, location, or other personal information.
Your shift data is used solely to display your income summaries, charts, and reports within the app. No data leaves your device.
All data is stored locally using Apple’s SwiftData framework. You maintain full control over your data at all times. Deleting the app removes all stored data.
StoreKit / Apple App Store Subscription purchases and payment processing are handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple’s Privacy Policy applies to all transactions.
No Analytics or Tracking The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks.
The app provides an optional CSV export feature. Exported files are saved to your device and shared only through actions you explicitly initiate (e.g., Share Sheet, AirDrop). We do not access or transmit exported files.
Pro features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple. Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through your Apple ID account settings, not by us.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this document.
