Smart Photo Crop (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is designed as a local photo cropping utility. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and what choices you have.
The App uses the iOS Photos picker so you can choose an image to crop. The selected image is loaded on your device for preview, crop analysis, rendering, saving, and sharing.
The App does not upload selected photos, thumbnails, file names, media URLs, or local file paths to us.
When you choose to save a cropped image, the App requests permission to add the new image to your Photos library. The original photo is not overwritten.
Saved images remain in your Photos library and are controlled by you through the Photos app and iOS settings.
The App may store limited usage information locally on your device, such as the current daily free-save count and the last save date. This information is used only to support free usage limits and Pro access behavior.
This local usage data is not sent to us.
